SAPA Zhangjiang Night on May 21, 2009
The Sino-American Pharmaceutical Professionals Association (SAPA) and American United Chambers of Commerce (AUCOC) cordially invite you to attend the Zhangjiang Night sponsored by Shanghai Zhangjang Biotech and Pharmaceutical Base (ZJBPB) on May 21 (Thursday), 2009 at Hilton East Brunswick. 1996年8月2日，国家科技部、卫生部、中科院、国家食品药品监督管理局与上海市人民政府签署协议共建“国家上海生物医药科技产业基地”—张江生物医药基地。经过十多年的发展，基地内集聚了国内外生命科学领域企业、科研院所及配套服务机构300多个，形成了完善的生物医药创新体系和产业集群—“张江生命科学集群”，是国内生物医药领域研发机构最集中、创新实力最强、新药创制成果最突出的基地。
On August 2, 1996, National Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Health, Chinese Academy of Science，State Food and Drug Administration and Shanghai Municipal Government signed an agreement to the co-found “State Biotech & Pharmaceutical Industrial Base, Shanghai”.
