Proposal Creation to request government financial assistance to develop a web presence for the Town of Stephenville, Economic Development Zone 9 and the Festival Coast Tourism Association. The proposal was accepted and funding was granted to complete this project within a 3-month period.

Research and Development of existing websites that contain similar content to the desired website project to be completed. Arranged a meeting with key stakeholders involved and provided a presentation outlining recommendations for website content and layout.

Storyboard and Scope Document of content provided by both Economic Development Zone 9 and the Festival Coast Tourism Association and organized the information into a suitable structure to be used on the Internet. The Town of Stephenville content was researched and developed under my own initiative as no formal information was provided to be included for that segment of the project. The target audience for this project was identified as individuals with low-end computers running 486, 14.4 (Internet Connections) 256 Color, 640X480 capable systems.
