Diamondhead Country Club is seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Clubhouse Manager. As a key component of the Diamondhead Property Owners Association, Diamondhead Country Club is a resort-style full service semi-private country club on the Mississippi Gulf Coast only 40 miles from New Orleans that provides members and guests with outstanding amenities and service. Open year-round, the club generates $1.5 million in annual food and beverage sales.Founded in 1970, Diamondhead Country Club has two 18-hole golf courses, a state of the art golf academy/learning center, pool and excellent dining and banquet facilities. The 56,000 sq. ft. clubhouse includes six private rooms of various size, inclusive of a Grand Ballroom,two dining rooms and several al fresco areas. In addition, the Diamondhead POA boasts its own 66 slip marina, airport and community center as well as multiple tennis complexes, pools and recreation facilities providing additional synergies with the country club. A new satellite recreation center inclusive of an additional restaurant operation will be constructed in 2014.

This position reports to the Director of Club Operationsand requires a dedicated and responsible professional to handle all front of the house matters related to the Club. Significant and verifiable experience in club food and beverage operations and management is required for this position, as is the regular availability to work nights and weekends. The candidate should be a diplomatic team player able to foster excellent working relationships with members, guests and staff.Qualifications should include strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Jonas experience. Candidate must be a hands-on, detail oriented and professional individual with superior communication skills, a focus onexcellent training and a willingness to provide gracious and exemplary member service.

The position is a year-round full time managerial positionand is available immediately.
