Box 12688, Oakland, CA 94604-2688 (by U.S. Mail), for Temporary Help Services, RFP No. 6M4516, as more fully described in the RFP Documents.

(2) 4 of 18 Section I, paragraph F.6 is revised in its entirety as follows:

“6. BART intends to make three (3) awards resulting from this RFP to the responsible Proposers who submit the lowest total prime contractor markup rates.”

(3) 16 of 18 In Section IX.B, Evaluation Criteria, the first sentence is revised as follows:

“The District will make award to the responsible Proposer submitting the lowest-priced technically acceptable proposal, based on the Total Prime Contractor Markup Rate, which covers the three-year term and additional option years of the Agreement, as determined by adjusting the Total Prime Contractor Markup Rate for the Proposers that are eligible for the Small Business Program preference as described in Section VII.B.2 Small Business Preferences above.”

EXHIBIT 1, ATTACHMENT B, COMPENSATION SCHEDULE

(4) 1 of 3 thru Exhibit 1, Attachment B, Compensation Schedule is deleted in its entirety, and

3 of 3 replaced by the attached revised Exhibit 1, Attachment B, Compensation Schedule marked Addendum No. 1.
