SAMPLE CALL LETTER
We are pleased to inform you that you have been selected as “Trainee Engineer” in Post Graduate Training Program (Nuclear Technology), Session 2017-18, at KINPOE, KANUPP, Karachi, under the following terms and conditions:
i. You will be on training at Karachi Institute of Power Engineering (KINPOE) for a period of one year.
ii. You will be paid a stipend of Rs. 25000/- per month during the training period.
iii. You will be provided free bachelor accommodation subject to availability.
iv. You will be provided free hospitalization at KANUPP panel hospitals in Karachi only.
v. During studies, code of conduct of KINPOE will be applied on all the trainees.
vi. You may be offered a job in PAEC, after completion of the training subject to availability of vacancy.
vii. On successful completion of your prescribed training, if you are offered a job, you will be appointed at any PAEC Establishment as a regular employee in SPS-8 (Rs.: 39200-2300-85200), you may avail house rent allowance and other allowances as admissible under PAEC rules.
viii. You will be required to fill and bring with you a surety bond that you will serve PAEC for a minimum period of five years, after completion of the training. This condition of bond will be applicable only if you are offered a job in PAEC. After regular appointment in any PAEC Establishment, you will be on probation for a period of one year.
ix. In other matters, you will be governed by such orders and regulations as enforced from time to time and you will have no claim for compensation in consequence of any change that may be ordered by the Government / PAEC.
x. You will not directly correspond with any local or foreign individual/agency/scientific establishment/office/university etc. for fellowship, studies, financial support for studies, and scholarship/training in any form or employment without obtaining permission of the competent authority in writing.
2. You are required to join KINPOE for this program on Wednesday, September 27, 2017. Official transport will leave for KANUPP Colony Phase II at 10:00 a.m. on the same day from Gulbai Railway Crossing, near Baldia Circular Railway Station, Lyari, Karachi (map attached).
3. You should bring with you following documents at the time of joining KINPOE
(All photocopies should be attested by Government Officer of grade-17 or above):
a) Medical fitness certificate from PAEC Hospital/Institute (Medical Reference Letter had already been emailed to you).
b) A duly executed bond (specimen attached) on Rs. 100/= Stamp paper duly attested by First Class Magistrate. Please type deed on non-judicial stamp paper. In case your performance during training is not found satisfactory or you do not successfully complete your training within the specified period, your placement as Trainee will be terminated forthwith subject to fulfillment of the obligations of the Bond by you.
c) Original and two photocopies of Registration Certificate from Pakistan Engineering Council or receipt of application for registration in PEC. Without PEC registration your joining can not be accepted.
d) Completely filled Hostel Resident Data Form (for outstation candidates only). They are advised to bring pillow and bed sheets with them.
e) Original and four photocopies of your valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
f) Original and four photocopies of each Marks Sheets of Matric, Intermediate and B.Sc. (Engg.)/B.E.
g) Original and two photocopies of Domicile Certificate.
h) Six recent passport size photographs and four photographs of size 1"× 1½" with your Name and Roll No. written on the back of all photographs.
i) Two Character Certificates (i.e. from two different persons), one from the Head of the Department of Institute/College last attended and another from a first class Government Officer not related to you.
j) If your field of qualification is different from the advertised fields, Equivalence Certificate from Pakistan Engineering Council stating that your degree is equivalent, for job purposes, to any one of the relevant advertised fields.
IMPORTANT
Please note that you will not be eligible to join the institute if any of the above mentioned documents is missing or incomplete. PAEC will not be responsible for any loss arising from your non-fulfillment of the advertised conditions or incomplete documents. Stipend and all other benefits will be admissible only from the date when all of these documents are received at KINPOE. After October 15, 2017, you will not be allowed to attend classes if your documents are incomplete by then.
Due to security reasons, your training may be terminated at any stage and offer of appointment withdrawn if an adverse report is furnished about you from any agency. Moreover, after completion of the training, you will be appointed in PAEC as regular employee only after all of your security clearances have been received.
This call does not in any way waive your ineligibility, disqualification if warranted, nor does it condone any deficiency in your application or documents. Your selection may be cancelled at any stage if all notified conditions are not fulfilled.
