VENDOR APPLICATION
This Vendor Application is considered a contract, which your company agrees to the conditions outlined below. Please keep a copy for your records and information.
Applications received after October 15 will be accepted on a space-available basis. UHPCO will refund 50% of the total amount of the booth fee if the cancellation is received prior to October 15. If the cancellation is received after October 15, no refund will be made. Payment must be received by October 15 to secure space at the convention.
Registration includes: one 6’ draped table, 2 chairs, complimentary meals for 2 attendees per day. Booth space is assigned by UHPCO. Changes will be made as deemed necessary. Every consideration will be given to place competing vendors away from one another.
Door Prize – additional recognition! Our unique system provides an opportunity for you to meet each attendee. Each person will present an “Official Drawing” for you to sign. We provide a box for these drawings. You provide the prizes! Prizes are drawn during lunch on the second day. Your company will receive recognition for your door prize!
