  • The second child tuition discount is $100.
  • The third child tuition discount is $200.
  • The fourth child and any additional children are not charged extra tuition.
  • Saint Francis of Assisi School offers the same tuition for students in and out of the parish

Total Cost Tuition as listed above includes:

  • Non-refundable registration fees ($250 new registrations; $200 re-registrations)
  • Friars’ Club ($240 per each family for (4) raffle numbers assigned to each family for the chance to win a cash prize. There are (8) winners per month.

Additional Fee (not included in the above tuition):

  • iPad Fee - $150 per each student in grades 4 – 8 for utilizing a school iPad for academic use during the 2014 – 2015 school year.

(1) Mandatory Fundraiser (Holiday Cards Calendar Raffle):

  • A calendar offering cash prizes during the month of January. Families may participate in selling Holiday Cards or choose to pay an additional fee of $150 (1 child) or $200 (more than 1 child).

The cost of providing a strong, faith-based education for each child enrolled at Saint Francis of Assisi School is significantly higher than the annual tuition.

Approximately 80% of our school’s income comes from tuition. In addition to tuition, parish subsidy and advancement/fundraising efforts are important sources of income and key components of our operating budget. We are deeply grateful to all who work so hard to coordinate and support our events and fundraising efforts. As always, your participation in our advancement/fundraising efforts is needed and much appreciated. Any level of participation can make a difference.

Tuition Payment Options:

Saint Francis of Assisi School uses the FACTS Management Company to assist us in managing our tuition payment program.

Our tuition payment policy consists of two options for our families to pay their tuition:

  1. Pay full tuition by July 11, 2014 directly to Saint Francis of Assisi School
  1. Flexible monthly payment options (bi-yearly, quarterly, and ten-months) using FACTS Management Program, which begin in July 2014 and end in April 2015.

Tuition Assistance:

Saint Francis of Assisi School has a limited amount of tuition assistance available to help families with financial need for the 2014 – 2015 school year. Anyone who is seeking financial assistance must complete an application process, which includesproviding supplemental materials (two-year Tax documentation). Those who wish to apply may obtain an application from the Principal and must complete and return the application on or before Friday, May 30, 2014.

Tuition Refund Policy:

If a child transfers/leaves Saint Francis of Assisi School prior to December 31st, the family is responsible for:

  • The registration fee
  • The iPad fee
  • The July and August tuition payment, along with the entire month of transfer/leave.
