Know Your Rules

US Lacrosse is publishing a set of short articles designed to help parents and coaches better understand the rules of lacrosse. If you have ever wondered how the rules should be applied please take the time to read these publications from US Lacrosse. I have played and coached the game and found them very helpful in helping me understand how to have a conversation with an official during the game. Enjoy!
