The results ofthe impact ofmixedinfestationscausedfasciolas, paramfistoma anddikrotseliyaanddairy efficiency of cows. Found thatmixedinfestationparamfistoma anddikrotseliyaandcausessignificant economic damage tofarming,is 860UAH. During the fourmonths of lactationproduction of the cowsweretreatment by trematozolabove276kg,10 % albendazolultra222kg comparedwith cowsof the control group. As a result oftreatmentwith albendazoleandcowstrematozolom10%prevent economicdamagein the economyamounted to1281,4 UAH.

Formulation of the problem. In cattlein UkraineoftenregisterFasciolosis, paramfistomozisanddicroceliasis[4]. At the sametimeparasitic diseasescausesignificanteconomic lossesto livestock[1-3]. Establishedthat long-termparasitismcertainparasitesand several speciessimultaneouslyleads todeepandpersistentmetabolic disorders, manifested inretardedgrowth, loss ofproductivity, reduction of breedingvalues, andsometimesdeath ofanimals [4, 6].
Analysis of the mainresearch and publications, which discussthe problem. In cattleparasitic diseasesare oftendiagnosedasmixed (associate) invasionin whichpathogeniceffects on theanimalsincreases, which is reflected intheirperformance.Yes, mixed infestationcaused byFasciola,Strongylataanddigestive system, causing asignificant economiclossesfarms. In particular, the cows yielddecreasedby 10,6% and in youngcattleincreasebody weight45,36%, displayednegativelyoneconomic indicatorsof economic activity[7]. Thus, the useof integratedcircuitsanthelmintics(rolenolu, vermitanuandalbendazole) andimmunostimulantsensuregrowthdailymilk yieldofcowsonone0,77-0,98kgpaybackadditional costs12,20-21,13UAH.[2]. The highesttherapeutic effectonfastsiola-paramfistomainfestationof cattlewas achievedby the application ofkombitrem, bitionolandall. [5]. In experimentaltrialsekstens-andintensefektyvnistkombitremwas 100%, and the averagemilk yieldper cow perexperimental groupexceed theperformanceof the control groupby 2.8kg, and two months -3.1kg [3]. Forfenbendazoledewormingcowsin the firstweek of December, according mikstinvaziyi, managed to getfromeach cowin additionto62kg of milkfor fivemonths of observation[6].
Materials andmethods.Extensivenessand intensity ofinfestationwas determinedat the end ofNovember 2012the methodI.S.Dakhnoanddetermine the degree ofinfestationanimalhelminths (eggs per 1 gof fecesfor V.N.Trach).
