Group and Program Details
- You must be a member in good standing with the Ruth Clark Fuel Group, and the Membership Fee(s) must be included with the completed registration form(s). Once the Group has registered you with a company, no refunds are available.
- All account balances with the propane company must be Paid in Full prior to these prices being effective.
- By registering and signing below, you agree to be on automatic delivery schedule with the propane company. In some instances, the local manager may approve Will Call deliveries.
- If a registered member causes this agreement to be terminated, AmeriGas will charge the member a $150.00 early termination fee.
- The program prices are valid for deliveries made through 6-30-18. The deadline to register is 11-30-17.
- Once the contracted total amount of gallons have been delivered, RCFG special pricing will end.
- Other restrictions, per RCFG/AmeriGas Contract terms, may apply.
- This completed registration form must include the number of gallons used during a full year.
- New customer to the AmeriGas Family? Within 72 hours of AmeriGas receiving your membership information, a company representative will be in touch with you to make arrangements to set up an account and schedule the installation of the propane tanks and FREE Safety Inspection of your LP system.

NEW CUSTOMER SPECIAL! If you change fuel companies to become an AmeriGas customer, the tank swap and the safety inspection are FREE. If there are safety code issues that must be repaired or upgraded, AmeriGas will give you a discount
of ½ hour off normal service rates. The remainder will be invoiced at their disclosed labor and material rates.
PAYMENT OPTIONS- You can choose from a Net 30 option (pay for each delivery within 30 days), A Budget Plan with no fee, or the Automatic Payment option through your bank. Pay In Advance (PIA) customers and Fuel Assistance customers are welcome.
ONLINE ACCOUNT ACCESS - Online Bill Pay, Online Propane Ordering, Paperless Accounting, Tank % Review, Automatic Payments. Contact your local AmeriGas office, or visit for further information.
BEST PRICING -Because we've already done the negotiationsfor our Group pricing with AmeriGas, you are assured the very best pricing that we were able to get for our Members. These prices will almost certainly be lower than those you could obtainwithout us, and the membership fee can quickly pay for itself.
REFERRAL AWARDS-AmeriGasprovides a $50.00 referral coupon to any RCFG member that refers a NEWheating customer who switches to AmeriGas. The new customer will also get a $50.00 coupon to use toward a future delivery. (That covers each of your Group Membership Fees! ) A $15.00 coupon provided for both the referring RCFG Member and the NEW AmeriGas customer for accounts that have propane for non-heat uses (i.e. cooking, clothes dryer, hot water).
