Please join us as all proceeds will benefit the students of Mary Persons High School who are in need of the basicresources to allow them to be more focused in schoolsuccessful in life. With more than 300 homeless students in the Monroe County School system, many lackingbasic necessities such as food, clothing, hygiene items, school supplies, Give 5/Civic Action’s goal is to make a positive difference in these students’education and life. THANK YOU!!
Registration: $20 per person (t-shirts guaranteed if registered at least 1 week prior )
**** We ask that you bring an item to donate on race day (nonperishable food items,
hygiene products, school supplies, etc)that a High School student can use ****
Race Packet Pickup and Day of Registration starting at 7:30am with t-shirts available while supplies last.
Awards:5K Medals will be presented to Overall Male/Female Winner and
Top 3 Male/Female in age groups: Under 12, 12-19, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s+

In consideration for allowing me to participate in this event, I (and my parent if under 18 years of age), my heirs, administrators, and executors hereby waive and release Mary Persons High School, Monroe County Board of Education, event organizers, volunteers, and sponsors from any and all claims, injuries, or damages arising out of my participation in this event. I understand that I should be in adequate physical condition to participate in this event and take full responsibility for my health status and impact my participation in this event may have thereon. I further attest that I am in proper condition to participate in this event.
