Runner’s Survey for objectives and expectations

The goal of this survey is to determine your runner’s profile, and also establish your training needs and what you expect from the coach. Your board of directors and your coach will then be in a position to make informed decisions with regards to the training programs, the activities and the overall functioning of the club.
