Rubric/Requirements for Equality Past to Present Google Slide Presentation
Objective: When we analyzed the “I Have a Dream” speech by Martin Luther King Jr. he had an accusatory yet hopeful tone toward equality and segregation. He was disappointed at the progress made as of 1963. In his speech, he reflected upon the Emancipation Proclamation as well as the Declaration of Independence to point out the lack of progress made in 100 years.
