Section 1 – Please provide a detailed description of the work proposal to be completed in support of the RSU 13 Title IIA Proficiency Based Instruction Project and/or the professional development activity being pursued. Details should include the ‘who, what, and when’ of the proposed work project or PD activity. Activities should promote collegial learning around PBE; requests for individual conferences or work beyond contract will not be funded through this process.

Work Beyond Contract = $25/per hr. for teachers only

on our RSU 13 website.
Books/Materials = that directly support the project; no food purchases allowed.

Participants proposing conferences, site visits, or time outside of the classroom must complete Conference-Wkshp-ProfLeave Request if approved – located on RSU 13 Website under “Staff” and “Forms”
Upon completion of activity submit Reimbursement of Employee Expense (with receipts) – located on RSU 13 Website under “Staff” and “Forms”
Contact Kathy Blais (Central Office) to coordinate requisition for pre-approval of presenter fees, on-site technical service, or the purchase of books/materials.
Complete and submit Book Study Approval – located on RSU 13 Website under “Staff” and “Forms”
