Dear Friends of the McKinney Rotary Club:
On behalf of the McKinney Rotary Club, I would like to ask for your support as we put the finishing touches on our 12th Annual Christmas Parade of Lights. The Christmas Parade is quickly becoming the focal point for family entertainment during the holiday season.
This year we have another exciting parade planned. The theme for this year’s parade is “A Star Spangled Christmas.”
The McKinney Rotary Club is currently seeking event and advertising sponsors. Advertisements in our parade program will reach thousands of people that gather along the parade route as well as the local readership of the McKinney Courier-Gazette. The program, which lists all sponsors and parade entrants, is one of the primary ways we recognize the generosity of our sponsors in addition to recognizing them throughout the evening of the parade on the main stage.
By sponsoring the parade, you are helping the McKinney Rotary Club give back to the community. Over the years, the McKinney Rotary Club has made generous contributions to the Samaritan Inn, HolyFamilySchool, Community Food Pantry, McKinney Youth Leadership, MISD Academic Excellence and many other organizations that provide valuable services to McKinney residents.
Enclosed you will find our sponsorship tier information and our advertising price list. Please send us either your camera-ready art or a PDF file as soon as possible.
