CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  1. All entrants must be full financial members of the Rosanna Tennis Club at time of entry form lodgement. (Only 1 Parent OR Child needs to be a member to qualify for the Novelty event)
  1. Full entry fees must be paid in cash at the time of entry form lodgement, by 6pm Friday March 8th 2013. A drop-box will be available at the clubrooms during coaching and competition hours. Alternatively, entry forms & payment may be made to Club Championship Match Committee members including; Roslyn Marshall, Peter Collins, Robert Tombolato, Joe Giuliani or Morgan Lobé.
  1. Alternatively, cheques can be made payable to Rosanna Tennis Club & along with entry forms, be posted to Rosanna Tennis Club Championships, PO Box 659, Rosanna, 3084.
  1. Men’s and Ladies Open events are open to all Rosanna Tennis Club male & female club members.
  1. Men’s A Event entrants must play no higher than NENTG Men’s Section 10 / Vets Section 4 / Mixed Section 4 OR Boy’s NEJTA Section 9.
  1. Ladies A Event entrants must play no higher than Ladies NENTG Section 11 / Mixed Section 4 OR Girl’s NEJTA Section 6.
  1. Boy’s & Girl’s Event entrants must be the event age or under as at December 31 2013.
  1. All Veterans Doubles events are open to male and female members aged 40 years and above as at December 31 2013.
  1. Teams of 2 eligible for the Novelty Parent & Child Doubles event must consist of at least 1 club member. No age restriction applies.
  1. All entrants are limited to entering a maximum of 3 events. (NOTE: A maximum of 4 events is permitted if entering the Novelty Parent & Child Doubles)
  1. All entrants must be available to play in line with at least 3 of the 4 dates & times below:
  • Saturday 16 March 2013 – 2pm to 7pm
  • Sunday 17 March 2013 – 9am to 7pm
  • Saturday 23 March 2013 – 2pm to 7pm
  • Sunday 24 March 2013 – 9am to 7pm
  1. Event draws & scheduled times of play for Saturday 16/03/13 will be posted at the Club House & at by 9pm Wednesday night 13/03/13.
  1. Scheduled times of play for days 2, 3 & 4 will be posted at the Club House and at in line with the below:
  • Match times for Sunday 17/03/13 by 9pm Saturday night 16/03/13
  • Match times for Saturday 23/03/13 by 9pm Sunday night 17/03/13
  • Match times for Sunday 24/03/13 by 9pm Saturday night 23/03/13
  1. It is the responsibility of each entrant to know about & be at the Rosanna Tennis Courts at the scheduled time of each of their matches. Entrants will not be contacted with advice of their match times. Any player, who is late or not ready to play at their scheduled match time, may be granted a 15-minute time allowance at the discretion of the Tournament Director before they are scratched from the event.
  1. If running late for your event/match time. The Tournament Director should be contacted on 0412 314 566.
  1. All event finals must be played on the final day of competition without exception. The tournament presentation will be scheduled for 5pm on the final day of competition.
  1. Entrants for doubles events must enter using only the 1 entry form, with both partners listed & include the full entry fees for the event(s) with the 1 form.
  1. If you cannot find a partner for any doubles event(s), but would like to play, please indicate which event(s) & only pay for your half of the entry fee & we will do our best to find you a partner(s).
  1. The Tournament Director reserves the right to alter the program, including length of sets, in the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. The Tournament Director reserves the right to cancel an event if insufficient entries are received or combine two events where it is possible. Should a dispute arise, the matter shall be submitted to the Tournament Director or nominated member of the Match Committee, whose decision shall be final.
