Rosalyn L. Adekunle

Rosalyn L. Adekunle is a consultant in Training, Designing and Facilitation. Rosalyn is currently a Learning Specialist and Quality Assurance Analyst for Kaiser Permanente where she has worked for the past twenty-two years. From 1990 – 1998, Rosalyn was a Human Resource Analyst and has been involved with Quality Assurance and Training since 1993.

Rosalyn’s specialty is in delivering soft skill training workshops, motivational speaking and managing training programs. Her particular area of expertise include Adult Learning Theory; Transformational Change based on “Who Moved My Cheese” and; Self Image (A paradigm shift).

Ms. Adekunle received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Finance) from CaliforniaStateUniversity at Hayward (CSUH). She also has the “Training The Trainer” certificate from CSUH and is a Certified Trainer for Kaiser Permanente Human Resources’ People Solutions organization.

In addition to working fulltime, Rosalyn is a volunteer tutor on a weekly basis with the Volunteer Center of Alameda, Literacy Plus Program. She has also worked in collaboration with the State AmeriCorps Early Childhood Literacy Program.

“Change What?”

This workshop is based on the book “Who Moved My Cheese”. In a safe and comfortable environment adults are made aware of the realities and adjustments of change. Participants will discover that change can be manageable, enjoyable and less stressful with the right attitude.

Training the Trainer

This is a four-day workshop that focuses on the skills and knowledge a professional trainer should have in order to motivate, inspire and change individual attitudes. The workshop consists of:

To Best Manage My Time

This is a one or two day workshop that defines what the term “Time Management” really means to you as an individual. It focuses on the value you give to your time and the value you give to what you do with your time. Participants will experience an awareness of time management through classroom lecture and activities.

The “TEAM”

This workshop is designed to give credence to the value of team. Through the building of effective, accountable and motivated teams, the group or organization can deliver quality service internally or externally to their clients. Through class interaction, members experience as well as gain skills to transform individuals and team members into strong and effective work groups.

Resume Writing

The resume writing workshop is designed to enhance the participant’s skills in creating and writing a resume. A resume is a short story of the individual’s professional and educational life and experiences. This workshop will give you the skills to present your best through the use of words.
