Job Purpose:
4pm to 12am
Saturday & Sunday
House Manager on Duty
To oversee and maintain the RMH of Charlotte at a high level while providing excellent hospitality to guests, donors, volunteers, user groups, visitors and vendors.
Responsibilities:
-  At the beginning of every shift check the Happenings in the House, hub board, email, mailbox for any additional projects or house needs.
-  Coordinate any families checking in over the weekend per Hospitality Services Director instructions.
-  Assist with guest family check-ins/check-outs and other guest needs.
-  Review check-in packets to ensure that all information is complete and accurate.
-  Maintain the Room Board and ensure that it is kept up-to-date.
-  Update the Master Guest List to reflect check-ins & check-outs daily.
-  Ensure compliance by families with House rules, policies, and procedures
-  Monitor Daily Guest Sign-in Sheet and follow up with guests who are not complying.
-  Provide the Hospitality Services Director with guest information, concerns, and recommendations.
-  Record House repairs or maintenance issues. Advise the Hospitality Services Director of any major maintenance issues.
-  Check parking lot for cars that do not display parking passes and trash.
-  Provide tours to groups as needed and directed by other staff.
-  Office/ Administrative Duties - may be assign additional duties to be completed.
-  Schedule vacation and time-off in a timely fashion or in the event that you are ill and need to arrange for a Relief Manager to cover your shift, contact the Hospitality Services Director immediately
-  Assist Volunteer Services Department as needed.
-  Greet Volunteers and groups as they arrive.
-  Ensure that Daily Housekeeping Checklist is being completed by Volunteers.
-  Provide supervision/instructions to volunteers when necessary.
-  Complete the Weekend Evening Manager Task List.
-  Provide any necessary information to House Manager(s) arriving for the next shift.
Education & Experience:
-  College degree or minimum of 4 years of experience in related field
-  Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
-  Supervision experience
