The role:
The NPA is recruiting for a Digital Channel Manager to join their Marketing team, to lead the internal Sales team, developing and managing the NPA’s members, customers & associates across the UK (<5 branches) to grow membership and engagement, maximise profitable sales growth and develop revenue for NPA commercial services. Promoting and supporting key products, services and resources from the NPA.


Skills and experience:
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience of:

·  Leadership and management

·  Selling and negotiation via the telephone

·  Account Management including relationship management

You will be a results focused self starter who holds:

·  Strong interpersonal and influencing skills

·  Excellent presentation and communication skills

·  Awareness of the commercial and political issues affecting community pharmacy
