Primary Purpose:You will work across a range of Level 2, 3 and 4 qualifications to deliver flexible, high quality training/assessments and develop the volume and range of work based training.

Location: ncn College sites; External work placements

Overview of responsibilities

Excellence

  • Motivate, inspire and lead individuals in the achievement of their learning goals.
  • Contribute to initial and ongoing assessment and internal verification of individual learners and employers.
  • To undertake duties of a mentor for a caseload of learners
  • Contribute towards the achievement of targets for learners’ retention and achievement
  • Establish and maintain relations with employers to ensure business expectations are continuously met.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progression and achievement.
  • Work with other team members to develop and maintain systems and processes and to provide accurate, relevant timely information in formats determined by our funding partners and the College

  • Contribute to ncn’s understanding of employer needs within the business and professional sector
  • Contribute to the identification and recruitment of suitable employers/ learners.
