Role and Responsibility of Incubation Manager

That he/she shall responsible for planning, coordinating and executing for availability & allocation of office, technologyand industrial support to new incubate. He/she shall ensure appropriate equipment & material be available to all incubates.
That he/she shall responsible to make all incubates to develop project objective & goals so that later on continuous evaluation be done based on implementation made by all incubates.
That he/she shall design and prepare promotional materials for proper dissemination of information related to the Center.
That you shall responsible for designing and conducting mentoring and training programs for Startups.
That he/she shall be responsible for preparing proposals to clients and shall response to inquiries / requests.
That he/she shall thoroughly responsible to identify Agencies, Schemes, Projects, Industries, and other sources for monetary and non-monetary support to the Incubates.
That you shall responsible for promoting Ganpat University-Incubation center for the benefits of all individuals/institutes within and outside of Ganpat University campus.
That he/she shall be responsible to be in touch with the higher authorities of supporting Industries and concern Government Departments for the growth of budding entrepreneurs.
That he/she shall strive all possible efforts to resolve doubts, complaints and other queries of Supporting Agencies / Industries, Incubates, concern Government Officials and other relevant Internal and external stakeholders on immediate basis.
That he/she shall responsible for all day-to-day affairs of Ganpat University – Incubation Centre. He/she shall generate, maintain, update and preserve all necessitate files, documents and other important communications in order to run the affairs of the Centre and further table them to the concern authority at the University for decisions be taken.
That he/she shall regularly maintain accounts under all projects with the precise details of incoming and outgoing funds.
That he/she shall be responsible for liaising with the outside stakeholders for smooth functioning of the Centre and shall keep himself/herself updated with the all required information and knowledge to run the center with furnishing all compliances.
That you shall have to work for investor community mobilization and tie ups with venture firms.
That you shall responsible for encouraging students’ community for incubation and related activities.
That he/she shall be responsible for executing SSIP policy at Ganpat University and its constituent institute level under Ganpat University Incubation Centre.
That he/she shall work tirelessly with the all incubates to fulfill the requirement of project compliances without fail.
That you shall to update your ability to flourish in a dynamic start-up environment.
