Rick Morgan met with ADDDistrict don’t know anything yet on maps.
Rick Morgan brought up a road name change; Eagle View Estates Lane, now be called EagleView Lane on Highway 22 E.
911 funds- going to reconfigure wireless funds to be taken to recoup funds.
Code Red fully functional; have to sign up also for Weather Alert. Will be press release her Kevin Woosley.

State Police report two dispatchers has left they are to be replaced. Two people will be sent to Academy in September
Capt. Harris retiring at the end of July.
The radio issues are hopefully has been solved

Marlin Webster reporting on the texting with KSP, Pagegate is going to be offering eventually. Kevin asked for information from fire departments on a spreadsheet.
Marlin discussed active 911. 12 dollars a year per device. Pagegate free. All new computers to be installed soon at the State Police Post.

Greg Davis apologized for radio testing while Campbellsburg was down
Marlin requested to send back surplus LEPC equipment to Frankfort motion by Greg Davis seconded by Jackie Webster.
Water board meeting Rick Morgan reported an update on the water line it is at Monterey Hill, water tower Burkes Lane and behind new Library on Hwy 22 East.
They will refurbish or replace the tower at the fairgrounds. Eventually the city water tower behind People’s Bank is to be brought down.
Kentucky American said that each hydrant should cost around $40 per month as a maintenance fee.
Hazmat Mitigation Plan in effect
Tab-Q-7, ITron was discussed with Mike Mason present. Tab-Q-7-10 is due to lead batteries, Map needs four quadrants.
Limit of 1000 pounds. Mike Mason said ITron is working 7 days a week 24 hours a day with 450 employees.They have storage across the street full of raw material and propane on-site.
Greg Davis asked about 80 golf carts at Perry Park needing a Tab-Q-7?
Mike Mason from ITron said they had some weather radios on site.
He is to get with us to set up a site visit to ITRON. His engineer for ITron is Hans Mentzer, from South Carolina.
Rick talked about the shelters in Owen County. David, Carolyn and Rick are working together to get thechurches to host these. Rick talked about how they are going about this throughout the state.
Northern Kentucky Hazmat meeting was canceled.
Junior firefighter’s update- eight went on to become regular firefighters a new one is coming next month.
Agency reports
Amateur radio-Brian Clark reported on drill in Pendleton County next month.
Corinth Volunteer Fire Department -Lonnie Kuhn said that in July they will be having a CPR class and they have ordered a 2014 2000 gallon tanker to be delivered in October.Presently they are working on new fire station. Williamstown VFDhas a rehab trailer with the cascade trailer.
Jonesville Volunteer Fire Department –Chase Duvall They have brought new rescue tools extrication Genesis unit Cutter Spreaders.
Kentucky River not present
MontereyVolunteer Fire Department they have classes in propane and hazmat classes. Motion by Greg Davis seconded by Chase Duvall to donateair trailer to Monterey Volunteer Fire Department.
New horizons medical center not present
Owen County Emergency Management Rick Morgan talked about the HPC meeting Thursday. He said to let Campbellsburgknow when we need dog teams as they would then call Kentucky Emergency Management for them to dispatch the dog teams. ESF working with Carolyn on getting all information to the ESF members. Rick Morgan talked about the HIV PP a regulations and the 18 elements that people should not discuss on a patient.
New Liberty Volunteer Fire Department -Greg Davis said they had in-house training schedule.
Owen County Life Squad not present Rick did report new ambulance is. They need EMTs. Some in classes
Owen County Search and Rescue- Jackie Webster reported they had a new rescue boat about ready to go. They are requesting a 6 x 6 ATV and a rescue trailer.
Owen County Sheriff Department not present
Owen County Volunteer Fire Department-Rob Chaney reported on July training they will be checking hydrants and dry hydrants. They will have a golf scramble in September.
Owenton police department not present
OwentonVolunteer Fire Department-Rick Morgan reported they have a new truck now in service.
Red Cross not present but we are to let them know if we are leaving the scene.
South OwenVolunteer Fire Department-present nothing to report
Three Rivers Health Department- Don Jacobs talked about the use of the Polaris at the Kentucky Speedway. He said they had a communications test quarterly.
Bill Burkel- not present. 20 hours to 30 state hours. 20 hours state training, 30 hours to be offered
James Sparks not present.
State Public Health- BarbaraYates talked about exercise at extension building and talked about the shelter in place program.
