Your entry is not complete without signed release, including parent’s/guardian’s signature for juniors, check/money order, and an email or phone number for ride times.

Information & Show Rules

  1. One entry per horse & rider combination.
  2. USEF/USDF/WDAA rules will be used as a guide.
  3. Boots or paddock boots and half-chaps are required.
  4. Helmets are required for junior riders and recommended for everyone.
  5. Braiding and jackets not required.
  6. Entries must be postmarked by date indicated on first page of entry.
  7. Online registration is fine but electronic signature is considered a contract for payment whether the rider comes to the show or not.
  8. Refunds require a vet or doctor’s note.
  9. Dressage times will be emailed or mailed if you provide an email address or a self-addressed stamped envelope. Show management would prefer email addresses.
  10. Ribbons will be awarded for 1st through 6th place in all classes.
  11. Panel day pens available at a cost of $10.00 per horse, please indicate requirement on entry.
  12. Dogs must be on a leash and attached to a human.

This entry constitutes an agreement and affirmation, that all participants (which include without limitation the owner, lessee, trainer, manager, agents, coach, rider, handler, and the horse), their principals, representatives, and agents:

  1. Shall be subject to the rules of this competition;
  2. Represent that the horse and rider are eligible as entered.
  3. Will accept as final the decision of the show committee on any question arising, and agree to hold harmless the officials and directors for any action taken;
  4. Agree that they participate voluntarily and are fully aware that horse sports and this competition involve inherent risk of injury or death. By participating they expressly hold harmless the Richland Riders Club, 4-H and any and all of its directors or agents, from and against all claims of loss or injury resulting directly or indirectly from negligent acts or omissions of said officials of the competition.

I hereby expressly and irrevocably waive and release any rights of publicity, or misappropriation. If the person entered/admitted is under 18 I certify that I am his or her parent or legal guardian and I give my consent to the same on his or her behalf.
