Booking Terms and Conditions

Definition: The Person signing the booking form (main holiday maker) shall be known as the hirer.

Booking Conditions:

  1. Bookings will only be accepted from hirers who are over 21 years of age at the start of the holiday.
  2. No same sex groups under 25 years old
  3. The hirer is responsible for the chalet and signed where stated on the booking form.
  4. All changes to a booking form are allowed only by prior agreement with the caravan owner in writing.
  5. The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all persons listed on the booking form as well as guests and visitors
  6. The Hirer must give access to thechalet if reasonably required by the owners or Florida park staff or their agents.
  7. The chalet owners reserve the right to refuse any booking without any obligation to give a reason.
  8. The chalet owners will not be responsible for any personal loss or injury, however caused or sustained to any person or vehicle.
  9. The chalet is a NO SMOKING and no dogs are allowed. (Site rules)
  10. The chalet is to be left in a clean and tidy condition.
  11. In case of any maintenance problem(s) DIY repairs must not be attempted.
  12. All electrical devices in the caravan have undergone annual safety checks. Use of your own electrical items is at your own risk.
  13. Cheques to be made payable to Mr Richard Pearce
  14. Electricity via £1 meter in cupboard.
  15. Duvets / Pillows are provided but not bed linen or towels. (However bed linen can be provided at £7.50 per head, though we ask customers to bring their own towels and tea towles )
  16. Check is 2pm on the Holiday Start Date
  17. Check out is 10am On the holiday End Date.

Site Rules

  1. The Hirer and all people listed in the booking form , your guests and visitorsmust obey with the site rules and regulations at all times.
  2. At all times noise must be kept at a reasonable level.
  3. All speed limits must be reserved at all times.
  4. Parking is allowed on designated areas.
  5. No littering on the site. All rubbish and refuge must be disposed of in the big dumper bins situated around the site.
  6. BBQ are not allowed on site.
  7. No firearms or offensive weapons are permitted.

Payment Conditions – Deposits and payments

  1. A Deposit (bond) of £50per week is to be paid within 7days of making a provisional booking or it will be cancelled.
  2. The Deposit (bond) is fully refundable at the end of the hire period if the chalet is left as found.
  3. The hire rate is to be paid no later than 6 weeks before the Start Date of the holiday.
  4. Cheques to be made payable to Mr Richard Pearce or Bank transfers as indicated on booking form.
  5. Accommodation will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival usually a Saturday till 10am on the departure date usually a Saturday.
  6. The chalet owner reserves the right to withhold some or the entire bond and or to bill the hirer for the additional cost of: (1) replacing or repairing all damage, (2) all breakages, (3)charge for cleaning the caravan, (4) costs of removing stains or replacing as new.
  7. The chaletowner reserves the right to withhold some or the entire bond if the booking is cancelled within 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.
  8. The Hirer must inform the chaletowners within 24 hours of arrival ; all defects, inventory shortages and / or breakages etc.
