2018 Application Form

Eligibility:

The Richard and Claire Guy Scholarship is available to students in their 2nd or 3rd years at La Trobe University Bendigo who are facing educational disadvantage (including but not limited to financial hardship, significant caring responsibilities, disability or other hardship or disadvantage).

Conditions:

Total pool for the scholarship is $5,000, which will be awarded by the absolute discretion of the Foundation.

Steps to complete the application:

  1. Get 2 letters of recommendations from referees
  2. Complete, print, sign and scan this application form.
  3. Return scanned form and referee letters to by the 1st of March 2018.
