Responsible for the supply chain of CCNI’s containers; negotiations, acquisitions, leasing and maintenance of equipment, planning, execution and control of the flow and of the effective and efficient storage of equipment and related information.
•Structuring and organization of Logistics Management area, operating with a network of over 200 agents, which covers timely and in the right conditions 290,000 shipments per year worldwide.
•Defining and implementing successful strategies and policies of inventory, storage, transportation and location, along with agreements with other companies, reducing costs in USD 3 million a year.
