· Fusion Festival
o Asian Student Association asking for $500
o Need the money to support to fund food and utensils
o Doing the event in the Pit and purchasing food from local businesses
o First time the event has been held in the Pit
o They are trying to find ways of engaging the program participants

o Captains must lead based off of residence hall
o Happening April 6-18
o Need help posting flyers for the events
o Intention to make an annual event
· NPHSC Plots, President of the oganization Micheal Morrison
o Looking for support for NPHCs on campus
o Need a visual representation of African Amercia leadership on campus
o Want eight plots in total in SASB plaza area
o Costs will include t-shirts and table renting
