The PB dryer is a twin tower heat regenerative desiccant dryer which removes moisture from compressed air by adsorption.

- Two pressure vessels
- Galvanized interconnecting pipework.
- Silicagel desiccant, with a bottom layer of water resistant beads.
- Pneumatically actuated butterfly valves with stainless steel discs.
- Side-channel blower out of die cast aluminium, with IP55 protection rating.
- External electrical heating elements with IP54 protection rating.
- Elektronikon Mk5 control system with operating display.
- Electrical enclosure with IP54 protection rating.
- Pressure transducer on each vessel.
- Temperature sensors to monitor key operating temperatures.
- Separate pilot air filter with pressure regulator, analogue pressure gauge and block valve.
- Pressure dew point sensor with IP54 protection rating.
- High efficiency filter on the dryer inlet which removes oil aerosol, wet dust and water droplets with a total mass efficiency of 99.99 %, and has a downstream ISO 8573-1:2010 air purity of class 2 for total oil.
- Dust filter on the dryer outlet which removes dust, particles and micro-organisms with a count efficiency of 99.92 % at MPPS and has a downstream ISO 8573-1:2010 air purity of class 2 for particles.
- Sonic nozzle, to be installed downstream of the dryer in order to protect the desiccant from high air flow velocities.
- NEMA4 cover for the Purelogic unit.
- Optimized purge nozzle for a different working pressures
