REVISED Exam Day Schedule 2017
Our exam times have been confirmed. Please find below the exact schedule of when your child will be examined on WEDNESDAY June 21st. PLEASE be sure to arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to your listed time so you can pay for the actual examination (which is due in cash only - NO cheques, interact or credit cards please), and to properly stretch and warm up. Due to larger than anticipated demand, exams will be taking place in two rooms. Good Luck to all the dancers being examined!
Exam Attire and Grooming:
Pre-Primary Ballet: pink body suit with pink tights, and pink leather or canvas shoes, hair in low bun with lots of gel and hair spray. No jewellery, earrings or nail polish.
Grade 1 Ballet and up: black body suit with pink tights and pink leather or canvas ballet shoes, hair in low bun with lots of gel and hair spray. Also, no jewellery, earrings, or nail polish. Older dancers please wear minimal, natural looking make-up.
Jazz, Acro and Tap: Black body suit (any style), tight black dance shorts, beige tights, black or beige jazz or tap shoes (please have your group decide which colour so all kids wearing the same). Hair is to be in a bun at ear height, (use lots of gel and spray), with no jewellery or nail polish, and only natural looking make-up (if any).
Prices for each exam are listed beside each discipline on the schedule below. Note if you are taking grade 3 tap and grade 3 jazz the cost is $120 total due in cash prior to taking the exam.
