Leadership at all levels enables the successful delivery of our vision.
Leadership is graded ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted. / SLT:
- Revise and update School Development Plan (SDP)
- Revise and update Self-evaluation form (SEF).
- Review monitoring schedule of lesson observations/work scrutiny.
- Ensure new subject leaders are aware of current expectations of their role and are fulfilling them.
- Provide lesson obs training for middle leaders
- Provide additional support for School Administrat, through appointment of additional staff.
- Staff meeting for all staff to revise Safeguarding policy and sign to acknowledge it is read and understood.
- Annual CP audit is undertaken by Governors submitted to LA and action plan implemented.
- Work towards Science Mark gold.
- Work towards Sports Mark Gold
- 2 staff attend WELD (SR/MM).
- Literacy team/SLT monitor presentation/ handwriting/marking.
- 1 staff attend WE Innovate (JCr).
- Ensure governors are aware of current expectations of their role and are gaining knowledge through training.
- Further improve communication with staff
- Develop Inspire Trust
- Refine BASS system (mentoring meetings for parents)
- Further develop pupil voice curriculum involvement.

SUCCCESS CRITERIA / MONITORING / EVALUATION
- SDP guides the work of the school community and is monitored rigorously.
- SEF is an accurate evaluation of the school’s performance.
- School administration is providing effective support for the HT and
- Core Subject Leaders and Governors have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities and are fulfilling them effectively.
- Termly reports to the Governing Body on SDP progress using quantitative and qualitative indicators.
- SEF updated as required.
- Efficiency of administrative staff is reviewed regularly by HT and governors.
- Core Subject Leaders report regularly to governors on the current standards and quality of learning in their subjects.
- Governors review their own performance through an annual review of the relevant SEF section.
