NOTES

At this time we are not asking for a deposit but would like those that intend to come to the reunion to complete and return the first page of this form. Based on the replies, final costing estimates can be done. Final payment by 25th July.

Will be sending out a reminder late June.

Should be ok for overseas visitors to pay on the day if you have difficulties transferring money.

Will you be booking a room at the the Outrigger? You will need to book that separately yourself following the booking form instructions. Full payment is required 14 days prior to the stay.

NOTE: It is worth checking the Outrigger web site before booking it may be possible that it is cheaper. There is a Senior’s discount of 10% which is off the first night rate and applies for up to the first 4 nights.

For Example (this only applies with their on-line booking, not through the booking form):-

-1x night stay (eg: Deluxe Hotel Room $189 per night – no discount)***

-2x or more nights (eg: Deluxe Hotel Room $179 per night - $10 discount)

-5x or more nights (eg: Deluxe Hotel Room $169 per night - $20 discount)

The senior discount is a 10% discount applied on the One night rate only***. Unfortunately we cannot combine the dollar discount for ‘2x nights or more’ or ‘5x nights or more’ with a further 10% discount.

You can either have 10% off $189 ($170.10 per night) and have this rate applied to all nights or if you’re staying for more than 5 nights it’s worth taking our $20 discount instead ($169 per night).

However the prices on the booking form are firm right up to the date whereas the web site will vary.
