REUNION MEMORY BOOK INSTRUCTIONS

Each of us has a story to tell:

  • A memory book commemorating our 50th reunion is being created. We want to know what you have been up to for the past half century. Tell us about yourself, your family, your career and what you are doing now.
  • Everyone should have a page whether you attend the reunion or not
  • What you submit will be used “as is,” but we reserve the right to blank out any inappropriate items.
  • Follow the guidelines on the opposite page to prepare your personal Memory Book page.

Your Memory Page is All About You

  • Write your biography: Type or print your biography on an 8.5” x 11” page (leave space for your class photo). Include your name (including maiden name), current address, phone number and email address so others can contact you.
  • We will reproduce your graduation photo and put it on the page as shown on the sample – the rest of the page is yours.
  • Consider including current pictures or photos from the past (grade school, junior high, sports, dances, parties, etc.).

Mail or E-mail:

  • You can mail your package and photo(s) to us at the address below. If you mail photos and want them back, be sure to write your name on the back and provide a stamped self-addressed envelope.
  • Or simply email us your document with the photo(s) attached to

If you don’t send any information, you will not be included in the Memory Book. Other classes have done this and it was a highlight of their reunion. We encourage you to send your biography even if you can’t attend. We can mail the Memory Book to you or you can pick it up at the reunion. Use the Registration Form on page 5 to indicate your preference.

Writing for Deceased Classmates:

Unfortunately, we have many good friends from our class who have died. If you want to, please feel free to write your short memory of an individual. Our Memory Book will include a memorial section for all deceased classmates. We hope to include these tributes.

Please send everything by July 15 to
