RETAKE Unit Two Language Summative Assessment L6.2a

Using your student assessment analysis determine which of the learning targets below that you need the opportunity to be reassessed on so you are able to demonstrate that you have mastered the learning target.

By receiving the opportunity to retake the assessment, you are committing to additional practice that will help you grow and deepen your understanding of the learning targets you have highlighted.

Please spend no less than 30 minutes of out-of-school time using the resources listed under the learning target(s) you have highlighted practicing the skills necessary for demonstrating mastery of the learning target.

In addition to the online resources you will need to detail a list of items for your ELA teacher of what you did to better prepare yourself for the Unit Two Language Summative Assessment Retake. There is a section after each learning target for you to list what you did.

Unit Two Language Assessment will be administered on Friday, December 13, 2013 during ELA class. This form must be turned in by December 12th to be eligible to complete the retake.

Please be aware that the grade students earn on the retake is the grade they will keep.
