Results[MK1] of TNTP’s Instructional Culture Insight Survey at Our School
1/1/2017
Dear teachers,
First, let me express my appreciation for your participation in TNTP’s Insight survey. The Insight survey helps us focus our energies here at our school – and throughout the district – by helping us see the school and the district through teachers’ eyes, including what is going well and what can be improved. Your feedback is essential to our efforts to make our school the kind of place great teachers want to teach and where students make amazing academic strides, so thank you.
Insight results correlate positively with both student achievement and teacher retention: schools with stronger instructional cultures produce better outcomes for students and keep their best teachers longer. For this reason, we are going to use Insight results as a tool to help us understand how our school can build on its strengths and address its development areas. After reviewing our survey results, I am excited to share an overview of the findings.
