TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STAY
1. Please note that your form will not be considered if not completed in full.2. Cash payment can be paid over on arrival or bank deposit only 4 days before arrival.3.Amendments are only acceptable until 12H00 prior day of arrival. 4. Accommodation is only for course attendees.5. The employees and any individual who acts on behalf of Department of Water and Sanitation is not responsible for: 5.1 Any loss or damage of property of guests, student, resident or visitor whether such damage or loss was caused by fire , theft or otherwise.5.2 Any person’ injuries of whatsoever nature , sustained by a guest, resident or visitor during stay/visit at the training centre. 6. Any person who signed this form and who is accompanied or visited by any person, or who is to be accompanied or visited later by any other person indemnifies and holds Dept of Water and Sanitationharmless against any responsibility towards any person in the instance of conditions in paragraph 5 (5.1) and (5.2) above.7. The person signing this form will undertake to explain these terms and conditions to all members in his/her party /visit 7.1 No loud music, littering and liquor allowed in the chalets, only restricted to lapa area.7.2 Music is allowed until 22H00. 8. Any person that will be leaving the centre and return after mid night must inform administration offices of such actions so that necessary arrangements can be made for access purposes.9. Keys, Remotes and Heaters must be returned to the reception on day of departure.10. No visitors/guests are allowed to sleepover or stay after 22h00.11. All chalets must be vacated 10h00 on day of departure.
