REQUIRE DOCUMENTS FOR A TOURIST VISA

MANDATORY DOCUMENTS: please show original documents at the time of submission of application
1.- / Application Form:fully complete and signed by applicant
2.- / One recent passport-size photograph: (white background)
3.- / Document :
a)Valid Passport.
b)At least have a validity of 3 months from the date of expiry of the VISA.
c)Have at least 2 blank pages.
4.- / Overseas medical insurance with minimum coverage of Euro € 30.000 – for emergency Hospital and repatriation expenses. (Photocopy)
5.- / Travel Itinerary with travel dates, including a return flight reservation or ticket:
(Please mention if any other Schengen country/countries are to be covered during the trip).
6.- / One set photocopy of applicant’s Passport
7.- / Proof of social or professional status:
(covering letter detailing purpose of trip of leave authorization from the employer).
8.- / Availability of adequate financial means of the applicant:
  1. Salary slips/certificates of the last three months
  2. Status of personal bank accountof the last three months, in original letter, original stamp and branch signatory
  3. Original and one photocopy of Bank Guarantee (“FidejussioneBancaria”) from sponsor in Italy in original (if any) covering the expenses for the duration of stay as per the foreign exchange value. The original will be return with the Passport.

9.- / Additional suggested documents, if available:
  1. Income tax challahs (last three years)
2. Credit card copy with statement of credit limit
10.- / Proof of Accommodation:
  1. Confirmed Hotel bookings
  2. Invitation letter from the host/sponsor in Italy (“Lettera di Invito” see official form on our website).
Please Note: the letter of invitation must be accompanied by photocopy of the pages of his/her picture id containing relevant data, signature and validity of the Passport.
11.- / For Minors:
  1. Application to be signed by both parents and photocopy of each Passport
  2. If traveling with one of the parents a NO Objection Affidavit from other parent must be provided, duly legalized by Uganda Ministry of Foreign Affairs
  3. Birth Certificate, photocopy and original
