Request for travel funds for poster presenters

Project L/EARN 25th Anniversary Conference

Monday, May 23, 2016

New Brunswick NJ

As part of our funding from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation for the Project L/EARN 25th Anniversary Conference, we have a limited amount of funding available to help defray partial travel costs for alumni who are traveling to New Brunswick from outside the immediate Philadelphia/New Jersey/NYC area to present a poster at the conference.

We will aim to maximize the number of alumni we can assist with these funds, which might mean that we can only cover part of your travel costs.

If you are interested in being considered for travel funds, please complete the information below and return the form to us via email () no later than 5 pm Friday, March 25. We will get back to you by mid-April to let you know the amount of travel reimbursement we can provide. Please do NOT make your travel reservations until you hear from us, because we cannot guarantee funds to cover everyone’s costs.

If you have friends or family in the area who could pick you up at TTN, you might investigate that option as a possible alternative to flights to Philadelphia, Newark, or other NYC airports. Frontier does not list flights on sites like Travelocity or Expedia, so to find them, go to www.flyfrontier.com
