The AGRICULTURAL TRAINING INSTITUTE-REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER (ATI-RTC) X, through the 2017 General Appropriations Act intends to request for quotation for the PROVISION OF FOOD, ACCOMODATION AND FUNCTION AMENITIES for the conduct of the following trainings with the following Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to wit:
1. Mid-year Assessment and Planning Workshop for Learning Site Operators on July 5-7,2017 at Binahon Agroforestry Farm, Lantapan, Bukidnon with an ABC of P81,200.00
2. Experiential Learning of the Farmers from Tangkal and Lanao del Norte to the Accredited Learning Sites of ATI in Misamis Oriental on July 11 to 13,2017 with an ABC of 54,950.00
The ATI-RTC X used the Small Value Procurement (53.9) as the Procurement Mode. Where the procurement does not fall under Shopping in Section 52 of this IRR and the amount involved does not exceed the thresholds prescribed in Annex “H” of this IRR. The procuring entity shall draw up a list of at least three (3) suppliers, contractors, or consultants of known qualifications which will be invited to submit proposals, in the case of goods and infrastructure projects, or curriculum vitae, in the case of consulting services.
