The Office of the Ombudsman, through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to lease venue for the Seminar-Workshop on the Implementation of the APEC Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct for Business on September 20-21, 2012.
The lease of venues and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184.
As such, suppliers of known qualifications are hereby invited to submit their quotations/proposals not later than July 20, 2012 at exactly 5:00 p.m. for the item/s described below, subject to the Terms and Conditions provided below. Copies of eligibility requirements (SEC/DTI Registration, Business Permit or licenses, TIN, and PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration, if applicable) are also required to be submitted along with the quotations/proposals.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Bidders shall provide correct and accurate information required in this form.
2. Bidders shall quote for all the items.
3. Price quotation/s must be valid for a period of Ninety (90) calendar days from the date of submission.
4. Price quotation/s, to be denominated in Philippine peso shall include all taxes, duties and/or levies payable.
5. Quotations exceeding the Approved Budget for the Contract shall be rejected.
6. Award of contract shall be made to the lowest calculated and responsive bid which complies with the minimum technical specifications and other terms and conditions stated herein.
7. Any interlineations, erasures or overwriting shall be valid only if they are signed or initiated by you or any of your duly authorized representative/s.
8. The Office of the Ombudsman shall have the right to inspect the premises to confirm their conformity to the technical specifications.
9. Liquidated damages shall be imposed in case of non-compliance to the technical specifications.
