Pitch PotReporting and Branding Guidelines
Reporting requirements
- Please send your Final Reportand invoice to Film Hub Scotland within two weeks of the completion of your activity. Please include this reference ‘Pitch Pot grant’ and Film Hub Scotland’s address on the invoice:Film Hub Scotland, Glasgow Film 12 Rose Street, Glasgow, G3 6RB.
- You can download the following templates/documents for reporting on our website:
- Audience Survey
- Guidance for Audience Surveying (link will be sent to you)
- Project Log
The Final Report includes:
- Online Portal – entry of all completed audience surveys
- Project Log– capturing quantitative data on screening activity
- If you can, please take photos of your activity, and provideFilm Hub Scotland with high-res copies for use on their website, enewsletters, reports and other printed materials.
Please read all of these documents before your project starts and make sure you understand what you are required to provide for reporting.
Branding requirements
- Film Hub Scotland will be credited within all publicity and marketing materials that mention the funded activity – including all materials created by your organisation and, where possible, those created by your partners. The prominence and status of this credit shall be equal to other supporters OR where support varies, shall be in reasonable proportion to the level that our investment bears to that of other supporters.
- You will use the following credit line and Film Hub Scotland and BFI Film Audience Network logosin all printed marketing materials and publicity:

You will seek approval from Film Hub Scotland for all printed materials and publicity created by your organisationbefore printing. Where possible, please also do this for materials created by your partners. Standard jpeg logos will be provided with these guidelines, please ask if you require alternative formats and colours.
- Online promotion of the project must use the following credit line (logos are not required):
Supported by Film Hub Scotland, part of the BFI’s Film Audience Network.
You will send links to Film Hub Scotland of any online promotion of the project.
- If you provide Film Hub Scotland with high-res photographsof your activity you hereby grantthem a non-exclusive licence to exploit photographs in any and all media in perpetuity (including on Film Hub Scotland’s website, enewsletter or company reports). You will provide details of photography credits.
