Report includes information on project implementation progress, including achievement of the objective and planned scientific objectives, as well as project research implementation progress results for mid-term evaluation of scientific quality in the interim (not at the moment when the final report is submitted).
Information: If it is not possible to indicate and describe project implementation progress, project scientific results or other information in regards to the work done and achievements in project implementation in accordance with the plans of project proposal, the document has to provide an explanation with a specific action plan, including time frame and available resources for the achievement of the planned project objective, project scientific results and achievable supervision indicators.
Information on project research progress included in the report must be supported with scientific project results, for example, publications attached to the report as report results.
Information: preferred number of characters in document sections is not defined, however the total volume may not exceed 20 pages.
SECTION 1 – PROJECT PROGRESS DESCRIPTION
1.1.Project summary: achievement progress of project objective, implementation progress of the main activities and results achieved in the projectBeneficiary provides a short, but comprehensive and structured progress summary of the project research implementation that gives a clearview on what is achieved within the project. In this section of the document information on the achievement progress of the project objective in accordance with the information provided in the project application,as well detailed information on work done in the implementation of project research activities until mid-term results of scientific quality is provided.
Influence of project research activities on the target group defined in the project application is also described.
Beneficiary of addition financial aid provides a short description of scientific staff involved in the project implementation, as well as provides information on involvement of cooperation partner (if applicable) and defines the work that has to be done until the end of the project. Information on essential project amendments if such have taken place, as well as risks of project implementation and prevention activities for them if such have been encountered during the project implementation has to be provided.
This section of the report provides a short summary of the information provided further in this report.

This section reflects the factual achieved project supervision indicators until the mid-term evaluation of scientific quality defined in the agreement/contract in accordance with the Section 7 and 24 of the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation, as well as indicators defined in the existing agreement/contract.
Scientific quality
Analysis of compliance of research methodology applied in the project and analysis of the project implementationIn accordance with the Appendix 4 “Scientific quality” of the Project proposal submitted to the cooperating institution during the project selection process the document provides:
- Project research implementation progress, changes made (if applicable), identified risks and preventive measures carried out for risk prevention, as well as indicates achieved supervision indicators and performed knowledge and technology transfer activities.
- Planned research implementation progress divided into research categories, concentrating on results achieved and planned work to be done until the end of the project.
- The advisability of the chosen research methodology alternative in the time of project implementation.
Scientific value of the achieved results of the project and compliance with the securing the needs of the specific economic sector
In accordance with the Appendix 4 “Scientific quality” of the Project proposal submitted to the cooperating institution during the project selection process the document provides:
1.scientific value of the achieved results, level of novelty, taking into account the level of analogues of products, processes and services existing in the market and level of the best practices on the day of submission of the report,
2.compliance of the project results to the securing needs of the specific economic sector, taking into account the following aspects:
- Commercialization potential of the new product/technology prototype developed within the framework of the project characterized by technology readiness level (TRL) and level of novelty;
- Technology rights to be acquired, intellectual property license agreements to be concluded;
- Progress of prototype introduction to the production or service providing, verified by the following results: Number of new products and technologies which can be commercialized and for the development of which the support was provided within the framework of the project” (i.1.1.1.g); technology rights (PUD 1.1.1.f); license agreements of the intellectual property (PUD 1.1.1.g).
Achieved results in the distribution of project results and knowledge and technology transfer activities
In accordance with the Appendix 4 “Scientific quality” of the Project proposal submitted to the cooperating institution during the project selection process the document describes performed knowledge and technology transfer activities:
This section provides information also on the involvement of target group and informing of the society of the project results.
Provided information must be mutually matched with the information provided in the section “Project activities and achieved/to be achieved results” and “Project implementation”.

ProjeCT iMPLEMENTATION
Description of the project action plan progress (including achieved milestones, outcome and result indicators, achievement time, verification type and dissemination level):In accordance with the Appendix 5 “Project implementation” of the Project proposal submitted to the cooperating institution during the project selection process the document describes carried out action plan including:
- Listing of activities, including research divided into research categories, technology rights protection, knowledge and technology transfer;
- Short description of each activity (max 50 words);
- Time period to perform each activity;
- Achievable results for each activity as well as verifications methods and instruments.
Information in regards to the work to be done for project implementation must be mentioned additionally.
Provided information must be mutually matched with the information provided in the section “Project activities and achieved/to be achieved results” and “Scientific quality”.

In accordance with the Appendix 5 “Project implementation” of the Project proposal submitted to the cooperating institution during the project selection process the document describes realized action plan including:
Milestone implementation progress.
- In the 1st column numeration is used starting with one according to the number of milestones.
- In the 2nd column the name of the milestone is provided, it may be, for example, an abbreviation of predicted process description.
- In the 3rd column the implemented work stages that relate to the milestone indicated in the 2nd column is provided. One milestone may have more than one work stage. It must be indicated additionally if it is the starting point or the end. Additionally it must be indicated what needs to be achieved, as well as problems encountered in the implementation if there are such, and measures taken to prevent them.
- In the 4th column three indicators must be provided:
- The start of implementation of the respective work stage;
- The end of implementation of the respective work stage;
- The total duration of the corresponding work stage.
- In the 5th column achieved outcome indicators of the project and their verification means are provided, including project result management system, which would verify that the specific milestone is reached.
Qualification and experience of the personnel involved in the project implementation, quality of project team (research implementing party and partner (if applicable)) including cooperation quality and supplement, involvement of students
In accordance with the Appendix 5 “Project implementation” of the Project proposal submitted to the cooperating institution during the project selection process the document describes realized action plan including:
- Scientific personnel involved in the project implementation, indicating their position in the project (e.g. leading researcher, researcher or scientific assistant etc.);
- Duties carried out during project implementation divided upon project activities;
- Qualification and experience of scientific personnel involved in the project implementation in the areas of work within the project framework. Based on the provided information it must be easy to establish that qualifications and skills provided for personnel are appropriate for carrying out the duties of the project.
Must provide a clear explanation why changes are made to the team of researchers from the moment of the submission of the project proposal (if applicable, for example, if there has been a change of the project scientific lead or other leading specialist).
Provides information if students (from doctoral study, master study, bachelor’s study or first level professional higher education programs) were involved in the research.
Provided information must be mutually matched with the information provided in the section “Project activities and achieved/to be achieved results” and “Scientific quality”.
This document section provides a short description how project administrative management is provided.
Cooperation quality
In accordance with the Appendix 5 “Project implementation” of the Project proposal submitted to the cooperating institution during the project selection process, work process characterization and cooperation quality form the scientific point of view must be described. The following cooperation aspects must be described:
– Investment of the beneficiary and each cooperation partner in the project implementation divided into the investment types;
– rights, duties and responsibility of partners;
– division of rights of the project results (including intellectual property rights) taking into account the investment proportion;
– usage, implementation, publicity and commercialization conditions of project results, including knowledge and technology transfer conditions, experimental object usage and implementation conditions (if applicable);
– investment of the cooperation in the technology transfer and prototype introduction to production or service providing;
– approach to the securing of the scientific infrastructure;
Additional information on changes of the cooperation targets principles must be included (if applicable).
