The total number Enforcement complaints reported to the Council are 91.

The number of breaches reported is not spread evenly across the City and the attached bar chart indicates the number of breaches by ward.

Cases Closed

The Greater Manchester Authorities are now collecting benchmarking data for Enforcement Action and have set a standard for cases to be closed at 13 weeks. Cases are closed for a number of reasons including:

Breach ceased.

Formal action taken.
