The current Outline Agreement expires

March 31, 2002. This agreement will begin

April 01, 2002 for a term of 2 years with the

Fuels and Lubricants

This Request for Quotation is for an Outline

Agreement for the supply of Fuels and

Lubricants. It is anticipated that this agreement

will include volumes from a number of surrounding

municipalities, school boards, health authorities,

and other MASH entities plus at least two private

sector partners.

It is intended that larger volumes will drive competitive

pricing. Each partner to this tender will eventually form

their own contracts, independently of the City’s contract.

This Agreement will be for five (5) years with the option

to extend for one (1) additional five (5) year term.

Total value of the Outline Agreement is $150,000,000.00

over the ten (10) year period.
