Motion by Petrilli, second by McLane to accept the resignation of Chairman, Willard McCartney.

Motion by Petrilli, second by McLane to appoint Phil McEntee to the position of Secretary.

Treasurer’s Report- Year End Balance: $78,283.59. Balance in PNC account as of 1/18/2017 is
$139,894.13. 91% collection rate.

Manager’s Report-
●Meeting with auditor and accountant
●Prepare Financial Policy and procedure manual
●Workshop Feb. 4th- raffle of rain barrel
●Need advance notice to advertise committee meetings (14 days)
●Progress report for DEP is due in June

●Letter from Michael Stokes

Board Discussion:Stumpo- invite the Stokes to workshop. McLane- what is Stormworks? Taylor- explained who they are and what they will be doing at workshop.
Motion by Stumpo, second by McLane to approve the Minutes from December 21, 2016 meeting.

Motion by Stumpo, second by McEntee to adopt the 2017 Budget.

Board Discussion: McLane- moved some money from catch basin inspection to loan repayment for Athen’s Alley loan repayment. May be moved back if not needed.

Motion by McLane, second by Stumpo to approve payment to Solicitor for December 2016 invoice.

Motion by McLane, second by Stumpo to approve the Request for Proposal for a third party engineering firm.

Board Discussion: McLane- When does the request go out? Taylor- this week. McLane- when is this due? Taylor- Feb 28th. McLane- will we interview? Taylor- yes- there will be interviews.

Motion by McLane, second by Stumpo to accept proposal of Joe Polk as website developer.
Public Comments: Mr. Abel- is this going to be part of the Borough’s new website? Taylor- there will be a link on Borough website to the Stormwater Authority.
Board Discussion: Stumpo- asked to describe their fees. Taylor- gave breakdown of all three quotes.

Citizen’s Comments: Jeff Fabus, Councilman asked that the Stormwater Authority send a representative to Council meetings.
