Grade Format

- Competition is 10-aside
- Games 40 minutes - 4 lots of 10 minutes
10 minutes-1 minute break-10 minutes-5 minute half-time break-10 minutes-1 minute break-10 minutes
- Maximum of 15 players
- All players must get two quarters of play
- Substitutions only to be made in break periods
- No contested scrums – 5 forwards, 5 backs
- Forwards must stay bound until the ball is out of the scrum
- NO Defaults – all teams to contact opposition team if they are short of players. A game will go ahead regardless of player numbers.
