Relocation Team Criteria

RELOCATION TEAM CRITERIA

There are four levels of the Relocation Team. These policies will go into effect June 1st, 2005. All existing agents will be required to meet maintenance standards. Agents in a lower level will be asked to adhere to the new policies in order to move to a higher level.

CRITERIA TO JOIN THE A-TEAM

 Must be at Level 2 for a six-month period.

 Close 5 relocation transactions in a 12-month period plus 10 transactions overall.

 Send 1 accepted outbound referral per quarter and close 1 outbound in the last 12 months.

 Close 2 loans with US Capital in the previous three-month period.

 Close 2 policies with Centurion Insurance in the previous three-month period.

CRITERIA TO REMAIN ON THE A-TEAM

 Give Top Block service with no quality service issues

 Must not have any negative customer complaints or surveys that are substantiated.

 Close 15 transactions in a rolling 12-month period.

 Send 1 outbound referral per quarter.

 Accept referrals Relocation assigns regardless of price/criteria or have a valid reason to decline.

 Return updates to Relocation in a timely manner.

 Use the Mortgage Company Relocation requires.

 2 closed loans with US Capital Mortgage per quarter.

 2 closed policies with Centurion Insurance per quarter.

 Take Relocation training as required.

 Give successful listing presentation to Branch Manager.

 Interview with Vice President of Relocation.

 Close 12 transactions within the past 12-month period.

 Send 2 outbound referrals in the past 12-month period.

 Close 2 loans with U S Capital.

 Close 2 policies with Centurion Insurance.

 Must be at the Candidate Level for 6 months.

GENERAL CONSIDERATION FOR RELOCATION AGENTS

 If an agent is on a Team of Agents, all Team Agents must be approved by the Vice President of Relocation and Mike West and trained accordingly.

 A personal profile must have been completed with copies going to the Relocation Department and Branch Manager (if applicable) and must be updated annually.

 Must have completed Basic Relocation Training conducted by the Relocation Department.

 Must be appropriately dressed and have a clean car in good running condition.

 Have a positive attitude toward the Company, Cendant Mobility and the Relocation Department.

 Accept and understand that a referral fee will be paid on all relocation transactions.

 Accept relocation assignment for clients requesting assistance in more than one geographic location.

 Must have availability based on client’s timeframes.

 Must be knowledgeable of the entire service area including listings, schools, churches and recreation facilities, etc.

 Service relocation clients personally-cannot assign to buyer’s agent or anyone else without prior approval of the Relocation Department.

 Furnish the client with special service requests, i.e. transportation to and/or from airport, hotel or new job location.

 When assigned a referral and cannot service the client, to immediately call the Relocation Department for them to reassign.
