WHEREAS, in return for their child’s participation in or attending the Event, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Undersigned Participant and the Undersigned Parent or Legal Guardian of the participant (individually and collectively, the “Undersigned”), on behalf of themselves and their child, agree as follows:

The Undersigned irrevocably consent to and authorize the taking, use, publication, or reproduction at any time by or for the National Rifle Association of America and by or for its affiliated and associated organizations, including their respective trustees, directors, officers, employees, and agents (hereinafter referred to, individually and collectively, as “NRA”), of any and all photographs or electronic images taken of the Undersigned with or without names, for any use, including composite or distorted representations, promotion, advertising, or any other purpose whatsoever, and waive any claim or right arising out of such taking, use, publication, or reproduction, including any right of privacy or compensation.

The Undersigned hereby expressly assume the risk of participating in or attending the Event which may include, but is not limited to, the discharge of firearms and the firing of live ammunition.

The Undersigned hereby release and discharge NRA of and from any and all fault, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, demands, causes of actions, lawsuits, damages, judgments, or any other actions of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the Event, the participation or attendance of the Undersigned, or any act or omission of the Undersigned, including any personal injury or death which the Undersigned may suffer or incur as a result of participation in or attendance at the Event, whether or not caused by the negligence or wrongful acts of NRA. The Undersigned do further agree to indemnify and hold harmless NRA, of and from any and all fault, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, demands, causes of actions, lawsuits, damages, judgments, or any other actions of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the Event or any act or omission of the Undersigned.

This release is binding upon the Undersigned and their child, legal representatives, heirs, and assigns.
