HOTEL RESERVATION
DEPOSIT - rooms are booked on a first come first served basis. A deposit is required to make a reservation. Upon receipt of deposit, the Organizing Secretariat will book a hotel room and send a confirmation of reservation and a balance of payment. The whole accommodation payment should be received not later than 30 April 2002.
CATEGORIES - “A” category hotel rooms are ****hotels, with bathroom, TV, telephone, minibar, with restaurant, bar and leisure facilities in the hotel. “B” and “C” category hotel rooms and pensions (*** / **) all have bathroom or shower, most of them have TV, minibar and telephone. The indicated rates are per night, per room, including breakfast. Category “D” is a low-budget accommodation or hostel, with one bathroom on the floor, without breakfast, these are mostly student hostels.

Cancellation and changes of registration and program -all notification of cancellation and changes should be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat: C & T Hungary Ltd., “ESSR - 2002”, P.O.Box: 898, H-6701 Szeged, Hungary. For cancellations receivedbefore30 April 2002, the amount of 10 Euro will be charged for administration, the rest of the payment will be refundable. For cancellations and changes receivedafter 30 April 2002, registration and program fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation of hotel reservation - all notification of cancellation and changes should be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat: C & T Hungary Ltd., “ESSR - 2002”, P.O.Box: 898, H-6701 Szeged, Hungary. For cancellations receivedbefore15 April 2002, the amount of 10 Euro will be charged for administration, the rest of the payment will be refundable. For cancellations and changes receivedafter 15 April 2002, hotel deposits are non-refundable. The deposit and 1 night hotel fee will be charged for cancellations received after May 15, 2002. In case of a non-arrival no refunds will be available.
PAYMENT
All payments should be in Euro. Please indicate your name and address on cheques and money orders clearly. If we do not receive your registration form and payment before 1 April 2002, the late fee will be charged automatically. All bank charges are covered by the participant.
