In signing this registration for dance instruction, Dance World reserves the right to take or use photographs of me and/or my minor child(ren) in connection with events or activities of Dance World and further authorizes Dance World, its assigns, and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. Dance World may use such photographs of me or my child(ren) with or without names and for any lawful purposes, including but not limited to: publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.

for each additional class taken by a student or residing family member per month

Tuition is payable on or before the first day of each month September through May. May tuition is due no later than April 18th. All monthly

(including costume and recital) fees are Non Refundable. There will be a $10.00 per month late charge on each payment that is overdue 30

days or more. If payment is 60 days overdue a student will be unable to attend class until all back fees are paid in full. Dance World charges

a $30.00 handling charge on all returned checks.

All tuition must be paid in full through the month of December for a costume to be ordered. Any costume ordered after December 1st will

havea flat $20.00 extra charge to handle special orders.

All fees, including May tuition, must be paid before a student will be allowed to participate in the Recital or receive their costume. All tuition

must be paid in full by April 18th, including May fees.

New Students or Returning Students

Dance World Awards Trophies for 3-5-8-10-12 and 15 years of continuous study. The continuous years of dance do not have to be in a

single subject. Please ask for a Trophy Transfer Form. The Trophy Transfer Fee is $20.00 per student, payable at the first time of

registration.
