Marching MembersThis form must be completed for each and every member who is to be registered to march. Registration will only be finalised when ALL elements of the form are completed and the correct registration fee has been received. Registration fees per marching member are – Cadets : £10.00 Junior/A/Open/World: £15.00. No members may be registered after 28th February 2015.
Please note so that forms can be completed and returned by email we no longer require signatures however when completing this form you are confirming that each person listed has given their consent to be listed and their name is included with their full knowledge and that they will not be eligible to register with another unit for the 2015 WGUK season

I declare that the above named individuals wish to be registered with the WGUK 2014 Circuit as members of the above named Guard. I have read and understood the average policy for the class this Guard is being entered (average age of the Guard on 31st December 2014 is not over 26 for A Class, not over 18 for Junior Class and not over 11 for Cadet Class. I am satisfied that this units average age is compliant with this policy. There is no age limits in Open/World Class. I accept that the penalty for registering members which will take the Guard over the approved average age is disqualification of the Guard for the entire season.

Child Protection Policy and Audio/Visual Images 2015
A child is defined as under 18 (The Children’s Act 1989) and as such I agree / do not * (delete as appropriate) to allow photos/images to be used on official websites, videos and other audio/visual media as authorised by Drum Corps United Kingdom / Winter Guard United Kingdom / Marching & Performing Arts UK.
In agreeing to this I confirm that I have written permission from the parents of all the members in the guard named over, whose age is under 18, for official use of their images as stated above.

Staff MembersPlease Note: the number of available staff passes (inc Directors) is as follows:
1 guard = 6 passes, 2 guards = 11 passes, 3 guards = 15 passes and 4 guards = 18 passes
